Memorial Church International is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Apostle Larry B. Aiken

Senior Pastor


Apostle Larry B. Aiken was appointed to serve as Memorial Church International's Senior Pastor in 1995.

The attributes that best describe Apostle Larry B. Aiken as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development, and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Memorial Church International where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Apostle takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.


Apostle Larry B. Aiken is a native of Savannah, Georgia. He is the son of the late Rev. L. S. and Willie Mae Aiken. He is a fifth-generation preacher and comes from a long line of Gospel preachers and singers. Apostle Aiken is a 1976 graduate of the Alfred E. Beach High School in Savannah, Georgia.

He is a ten-year veteran of the U.S. Army, where he specialized in the field of Radio Teletype and Military Intelligence. His military travel has taken him to Germany, Paris, Korea, Georgia, Washington, Florida, Arizona, and Maryland. Apostle Aiken received an honorable discharge in 1986.


Apostle Aiken preached his first sermon on October 2, 1982, at the First Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Savannah, Georgia. Apostle Aiken has served as Pastor of Providence Baptist Church, Lato, Seale, Alabama, and Bennett Union Baptist Church of Jesup, Georgia. Apostle Aiken has been in ministry for over 30 years and is currently serving in his 20th year as the Pastor of Memorial Church International in Kansas City, Missouri. Apostle Aiken planted Memorial Christian Outreach Church of Kansas City, Missouri in January 2010 making Memorial 1 Church in 2 locations.
Apostle Aiken earned his Bachelor's Degree from Luther Rice Seminary in 1990, he earned his Master’s Degree in Pastoral Theology from Faith Theological Seminary in May 2000. Apostle Aiken holds Honorary Doctorate Degrees from Freedom Bible College & Seminary and Jacksonville Bible College and Seminary. Apostle Aiken holds 2 secular degrees from Columbus Technical College in Plant Maintenance and Electrical Construction Maintenance.


Apostle Aiken is the founder, Overseer and Presiding Prelate of the New Vision World Wide Fellowship of Churches Inc. New Vision World Wide Fellowship of Churches currently serves as the spiritual covering for over 88 churches locally and internationally.

Apostle Larry B. Aiken has been married to Pastor Olivia CQ Aiken for over 48 years and they continue to share a life of love, joy, and happiness. They have four lovely daughters LaMonica Bowens (Antonio), Stephanie Aiken-Cummings (Aaron), Chableau Ford (Calvin), and Essence Montgomery. Three sons, Louis Christopher, David (Tammie), & Warren Montgomery. He has been blessed with 11 beautiful granddaughters; Heaven, Angel, Daneece, Symphony, Kierra, Kendra, Ariel, Breunna, Wynique, Jaylynn and Lil' Miss Olivia. He has 10 handsome grandsons Kris’Shun, Kyran, Deqauri, Calvin, Jonathan, Nevaeh, Keon, Warren Jr., Aaron Jr and Wylin.

Pastor Olivia Carmichael Quarterman Aiken Is A Native Of Savannah, Ga. She Is the Daughter of the late Deacon Oneimus and Mrs. Sadie Quarterman. At an Early Age, Pastor Aiken Accepted Christ and Was Baptized at the First Mount Sinai Baptist Church under the Leadership of the Late Rev. Leroy Samuel Aiken.

Pastor Aiken has been a gifted speaker since the age of six. She is a sought-after conference speaker and workshop facilitator specializing in women’s ministry, marriage enrichment, and family seminars. Educated in the Savannah public school system, she is a graduate of Alfred E. Beach High School. She furthered her Christian education by completing a two-year program in Youth Ministry at the Bergesgarten Christian Center in Bergesgarten, West Germany. Pastor Olivia is a 1992 graduate of the Pastors School of Jacksonville, FL, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in Church Ministries from Faith Bible College in 1999. She officially accepted her call to the ministry in April 1998 and preached her first sermon on her birthday, August 16, 1998. Pastor Olivia furthered her education while attending the Great Commission School of Ministry where; she received her Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling.

She has been married to Apostle Larry B. Aiken for over 48 years and they continue to share a life of love, joy, and happiness.  They have four lovely daughters LaMonica Bowens (Antonio), Stephanie Aiken-Cummings (Aaron), Chableau Ford (Calvin), and Essence Montgomery. Pastor Aiken has served with her husband through three pastorates in Lato, AL, Jesup, GA, and now in Kansas City, MO at the Memorial Church International where she serves as Pastor and Director of Ministries. Pastor Aiken is an anointed preacher and teacher; she has been gifted by God to preach the gospel with boldness, conviction, and authority and yet remains humble and known for “just keeping it real”.
